ABOUT US

We are two sisters with one mission: to carry forward the powerful legacy of our grandmother, Retha Brown, a woman whose life embodied faith, service, and perseverance. As proud Georgia natives with deep roots in Barrow County, Northeast Georgia has always been our home. Inspired by her example, we founded Hands of Love Outreach to continue her work of uplifting and empowering those in need.

CARRYING THE TORCH

Our grandmother spent decades fostering troubled teens through the Department of Family and Children Services and was the visionary founder of New Life Worship Center in Statham, Georgia—starting the church in her living room and working tirelessly to raise funds to build it. Her unwavering commitment to community and faith taught us that true service begins with love and action. Today, we honor her by creating a ministry that provides hope, resources, and compassion to the disenfranchised across Northeast Georgia.

Homeless Campaign

“While our building campaign focuses on creating a permanent home for HOLO, the heart of our ministry beats every day through simple acts of love and care. Your support for our operating fund helps us prepare homeless care bags, provide nourishing meals, and offer clothing to those in need. These essentials bring comfort, dignity, and hope to individuals facing hardship. Every gift—whether large or small—makes a direct impact on someone’s life today. Will you partner with us to keep this vital work going?”
